Wed April 24, 2024: Joss talks to Jason about Sonny, Kristina vents to Molly about Joss, and Anna tells Dex how confident she is in him.
Tuesday’s GH recap: Joss and Kristina couldn’t resist fighting as everyone celebrated Chase and Brook Lynn at their parties.
Jason is surprised when Joss shows up at his place.
She needs to talk to someone about what she regrets and she thinks he’s the only person who will understand.
They go out on the fire escape and she explains her fight with Kristina and Dex’s history with Sonny.
Jason says what Dex does is his own decision.
She keeps complaining about how blind Kristina is about her dad.
He suggests people want to think the best of their parents and she’s not seeing this clearly either.
She worries that she’s a terrible person.
Carly told her that her hatred for Sonny is poisoning her.
Now she can see her point.
Joss knows she’s just mad at Sonny and he doesn’t care.
Jason is startled when she tells him Dex is becoming a cop.
All she can think about is how Sonny will react.
Jason knows Sonny might see it as a threat.
Joss will grieve Dex for the rest of her life if Sonny has him killed.
He won’t suggest otherwise.
She thanks him for not telling her how to feel or defending Sonny.
Joss asks if he hates Sonny for turning on him so quickly.
He doesn’t.
Sonny has never been perfect but he has changed and how he’s acting now is not normal.
She tells him that she keeps having nightmares about Sonny killing Dex.
This is all her fault.
She never should have dragged him back.
Jason promises that he will keep Dex safe.
Sobbing, she thanks him.
Sam joins Dante at the hatchet range and tells him about her issues with Jason and Dante.
He’s sure it’s frustrating but suggests she take a breath.
She says Jason seems like a stand-up guy but he broke her heart twice.
She worries about how much he could devastate Danny.
Dante knows it’s difficult but worries Danny might think he’s doing something wrong by wanting a relationship with his father.
Sam knows her son was having troubles before, but now he can refuses to play by her rules and has somewhere to go.
She and Jason split up so she could keep her kids safe and she won’t let that danger back into their lives.
Dante knows how hard it is to grow up without a dad.
Danny isn’t a kid anymore and he’s going to form his own opinion.
She’s sure Jason would not be manipulative but it’s his openness and honesty that makes him dangerous.
She’s stuck being the uncool parent and she worries she could lose her son.
Dante assures her that won’t happen.
Drew tells Jordan about the origins of hatchet throwing and then they talk about kids.
She admits she hopes TJ and Molly’s child is a girl so she can buy them dresses.
He admits it’s hard to see her as a grandma.
She appreciates that.
They talk about having fun tonight.
He says it was nice to remember the nice parts of love and get a reminder of how exciting a relationship can be.
She’s sure it’s hard for him right now but he’ll get there eventually.
Anna asks Dex if he regrets coming.
He thinks they both underestimate how hard it would be for a lot of the cops to accept him joining the force.
She asks if he’s thinking of giving up.
He knows the academy will be difficult but he didn’t think there would be so much resentment.
He can understand why the cops are hostile.
They agree it will be a problem but she doesn’t think he should give up on this.
She explains that the cops weren’t happy with her past either when she came back.
They had every reason to doubt her but she proved herself.
She’s confident he will be able to do the same and win them over.
Anna thinks he will make a great officer.
That means a lot to him. He’s not giving up.
She tells him that what he’s doing is important and she’s sure he will prove himself.

Kristina shows up at Molly’s.
Once she bursts in, she complains that Joss has been lying about Sonny ordering Dex to kill Cyrus.
Molly says that was inappropriate but Sonny doesn’t have a reputation for no reason.
Her sister refuses to believe Sonny would do this.
After her sister feeds her some apple slices, Kristina keeping mulling over what happened to Cyrus.
Molly is cagey and her sister goes on about how wrong Joss must be about Sonny.
She’s sick of people attacking him.
Molly tries to calm her down and says that Joss can only talk and has no authority.
Kristina says that Joss has gone too far this time.
Her dad is a protector and a good person.
Molly is sure that her love and support helps him.
They hug and Kristina thanks her.
Finn and Chase get to the doctor’s apartment.
Violet runs to her dad and tells him he has to help grandpa.
Gregory is on the couch with an oxygen mask.
As Finn checks on him, Chase calls an ambulance.
Violet explains they were playing until he started breathing funny and asked for his machine.
Finn assures his daughter that her grandpa will be fine and they tell her how brave she was.
Chase puts Violet to bed and returns.
As Gregory rests, Chase tells his brother they can’t get married next week if their dad is paralyzed and in the hospital.
The paramedics arrive as Gregory starts to feel better.
He refuses to go to the ER.
A doctor won’t tell him anything he doesn’t already know.
After Chase and the paramedics leave, Violet rushes out to check on her grandpa.
He thanks her for her help and tells her how much he loves her.
Once she goes back to bed, Gregory tells his son he can’t put Violet through that again.
BLQ, Lois, and Tracy return to the Quartermaine house.
Lois jokes about how Olivia puts labels on everything.
BLQ thanks her mom for the party.
It turned out to be a great night.
Tracy goes off to bed.
Lois pulls out the seating chart to make changes and her daughter urges her to go to bed.
She asks her about her wedding and Lois says she was just as excited as she is.
The situation was different.
Lois thinks that Chase will be the perfect husband for her.
He’s who she would have chosen for her.
They talk about his beard and BLQ tells her mom how glad she is that she’s there.
Tracy returns for some schnapps and Lois gets a text from Chase.
He’s on his way over.
They assume something is wrong.
When the detective arrives, he explains what happened with his dad.
He doesn’t see how he can officiate the wedding.
BLQ says they can find someone else.
Lois lists some options.
Tracy insists Gregory will be fine and they can’t cut him out without talking to him.
BLQ will make calls tomorrow to see if they can delay.
Gregory calls Tracy and tells her he had an episode but is better.
He’s sure that his son and BLQ are thinking of cancelling the wedding and he wants her to tell them he won’t stand for it.
He insists that he will be fine that day, even if it kills him.
Tracy tells the kids to treat him like an adult and allow him to make his own decisions.
Gregory repeats everything will be fine and no one will be happier than him.
Tracy tells the kids that Gregory can handle anything that happens with their help and if they love him, they will honor his wieshes.
