In the undisclosed island location, Kelly dumps drugs into Jack's orange juice. She proposes a toast to paradise and says may they have a long and happy marriage. Jack wants to go to Genoa City and see his family. She says she's his family now - they all think he's lost at sea. Jack worries about Jabot. Kelly says there is no Jabot anymore. She tells him about the merger with Newman. John appears. He's there to remind Jack of the truth. Kelly steps out and Jack tells John he's married to Kelly and the boat sunk, but there's something about Jabot... Kelly returns. John coaches him to push her about the merger. She shows him fake press releases. John tells him not to forget his wife. Kelly makes him say he loves her.

At the Jabot lab, Ashley asks Ben where his latest appendage is. Ben thinks she has a problem with him seeing Abby. Ash's problem is if he stops seeing her. They spar verbally about his intentions. Ben says he's finally in a relationship that didn't start as a lie; they're good together. Ash is still snippy. "Good to know."

Avery surprises Phyllis at Yack's bedside. Phyllis tells her the crisis has passed; he's going home today. Avery says Joe is making progress but she came home to see Dylan. Phyllis muses that she needs to smooth things over. Yack dreams about the Peruvian prison and yells out in Spanish. Phyllis asks, "Since when are you fluent in Spanish?" Yack covers by saying she makes him feel like Don Juan.

At Sharon's place, she and Dylan wake up cuddled together on the sofa. Sharon asks if they're okay. Dylan reassures her nothing will jeopardize their friendship. They share an awkward hug and he goes. Sharon realizes he forgot his wallet. There's a knock. She's saying, "This must have fallen out of your pants," as she opens the door - it's Avery. They snark about Dylan. Sharon says he was the only one who stood by her. Avery realizes Sharon has feelings for him. She confronts her about how the wallet fell out of his pants. Sharon taunts her about Joe. Dylan enters. He thought Avery was staying in Chicago. She snaps at him about his text to stay and reads it out. Sharon admits she sent it. Avery won't let her explain. "She wants you for herself." Avery rants and storms out. Dylan tells Sharon he needs to take care of this. Alone, Sharon looks at a photo of Dylan and Avery from his wallet.

At Crimson Lights, Abby, Noah, Kevin, Mariah, Kyle, and Summer discuss Sharon's charges being dropped and the real killer. They debate about keeping themselves safe. Abby feels the killer no longer sees them as a threat. Someone watches them debate through the window. Mariah doesn't feel safe. Kyle gets a call that his dad is going home. Summer thinks things are looking up, but Mariah realizes Kevin doesn't think they're safe either. Suddenly they all get texts to come to the cabin. Abby calls Ben. Kyle wants to confront the killer and leaves. Kevin and Noah follow. Ben arrives and goes after the guys. Summer calls Paul and leaves him a message that something is going on at the cabin.

At the Abbott house, Phyllis is still stuck on 'Jack' talking Spanish. He wants to focus on his good dreams. They are making out when Ash arrives. Yack says his near-death experience has changed him, he's done taking chances. Ashley bickers with him about merging with Victor. Yack says he's committed to working and will keep Victor in line. Ash is pleased. Yack goes upstairs. Ash says, "What a turnaround!" Phyllis isn't so sure. They talk about his new language skills. Upstairs, Yack has another prison nightmare.

At Avery's place, she and Dylan argue about Sharon. Avery accuses him of feeding her psychosis. He can't walk away from a friend. Avery thinks it's more. Dylan says he loves Avery, but she is accusing him of being more than friends with Sharon because she has feelings for Joe. They argue about Joe and yell at each other. Dylan wonders how they got here. Avery says he always needs something to protect. Dylan asks if they're over. Avery sees two people trying to fix something that can't be fixed. She puts her ring in his hand and flees.

At the cabin, Kyle, Kevin, and Noah's search turns up nothing. Ben arrives and says he's calling the cops. They hear something. Someone enters. Ben grabs him - it's Fen. They ask if he got a text too. He says, "No. I sent it." They read him the riot act. Summer, Abby, and Mariah arrive as Fen says he's been in contact with the killer. Kevin asks when. Fen says, "From the beginning."
